Flexible delivery - one of our key strengths

• The delivery charge is £35 per order/per address (regardless of number of items ordered). This charge will automatically be added to your basket when ordering.
• The delivery charge covers the delivery of your goods to the specified address and to your chosen room. Please ensure that the items you purchase will fit, taking account of any tight corners, restricted doors etc.
• Once an order has been placed, we will contact you normally within two working days to arrange a convenient delivery date. If there are any access issues in relation to the delivery address, please ensure that you inform us at this point so that we can ensure a suitable sized vehicle is used.
• There is no extra charge for deliveries during evenings or at weekends. Evening delivery is offered as standard. Weekend delivery is offered as an exception and when a mutually convenient date can be identified.
• We will aim to offer you a delivery date as soon as possible, not later than 3 weeks from the date of your confirmed order.
• We guarantee to take orders and deliver to any location within the county of Cumbria (according to post-code and accessibility). We may also deliver to adjoining counties. For orders outside Cumbria please contact us on 015394 48540 before placing an order.

• It is your responsibility to ensure sufficient access for both the vehicle and the goods. Please ensure the goods will not only fit in their desired location but also that they can fit into the property.
• WB is not able to take or dispose of existing beds/mattresses.
• If you are unable to take delivery on the agreed date, please notify us in advance and we can arrange storage at a cost of £15 per week.
